How to Order
1. PayPal :Orders may be placed online and paid through PayPal. We ship to the address on your PayPal account.
2. Telephone: Orders may be placed over the phone using a credit card. Our number is (604)463-4603. We ask that if you are placing a phone order, if you could please email us your name and address for shipping reference [email protected]
3. Mail: You may order by mail and pay by check or money order. Your order will be held until your checked has cleared. We charge a $20 returned check fee if your check is not honored by your bank the first time it is presented. Please send mail orders to:

How We Ship
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. All in stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom orders or jewellery that needs to be custom made take longer. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
We ship worldwide. Orders are usually shipped by Canada Post and sent as economical as possible. If you need your order expedited, please contact us for a shipping quote. All gold items are sent expedited, insured and with tracking.
Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Shipping charges are as follows:
$5.00 if the total of your order is $0.01 - $39.99
$10.00 if the total of your order is $40.00 - $89.99
$14.00 if the total of your order is $90.00 - $129.99
$16.00 if the total of your order is $130.00 - $199.99
$20.00 if the total of your order is over $200.00
We reserve the right to recalculate shipping charges should your order cost in excess of these amounts. If your order costs significantly less than the estimate, you will be refunded the difference.
Incorrect Addresses
Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer and not returned to Celtic Studio shall be the responsibility of the customer, no refund can be issued.
International Customs Fees
Any and all Custom or Brokerage fee's are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your laws and with your Countries Customs office for any charges which may be by due. Celtic Studio is not responsible for any custom or brokerage charges.
